What’s Included in AC Basic Service?

• Primary AC Diagnosis: Initial inspection to identify visible issues and assess the condition of your air conditioner.
• AC Filter Cleaning: Cleaning of AC filters to remove accumulated dust and dirt.
• Blower Fan Cleaning: Cleaning of the blower fan to help maintain proper airflow.
• Evaporator Coil Cleaning: Basic cleaning of the evaporator coil as part of routine AC maintenance.
• Indoor & Outdoor Unit Dry Cleaning: Dry-type cleaning of accessible indoor and outdoor units. Outdoor unit cleaning is included only when safely reachable without rope access or specialized hanging arrangements.

Service Capacity: Applicable to air conditioners ranging from 1.0 Ton to 2.5 Ton.

What Does the Service Price Include?

The listed price covers the basic AC service charge only for air conditioners from 1.0 Ton to 2.5 Ton.

What Is Not Included in the Price?

The following items and services are charged separately, where applicable:

• Components, Materials & Spare Parts: Any replacement parts, consumables, or materials required during servicing.
• Transportation Charges: Additional transportation costs, if applicable.
• Outdoor Unit Hanging Charges: Additional charges for outdoor units that require rope access, hanging arrangements, or specialized access due to height or site difficulties.
• Additional Repair Work: Any repair or maintenance work beyond the scope of basic AC servicing.

Additional Services (Extra Charges Apply)

Depending on your AC’s condition, further testing or repair may be recommended.

• Nitrogen Leakage Test: A nitrogen pressure test may be required to identify the exact location of a refrigerant leak. Additional charges apply.
• AC Gas Refill: Refrigerant gas refill is not included in the basic service price and will be charged separately.
• Outdoor Unit Access & Hanging: Charges may vary depending on the installation height, accessibility, safety requirements, and complexity of the work.

Any additional work and its applicable charges should be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Terms, Pricing & Service Policy

1. Diagnosis Charge

A diagnosis charge of up to BDT 300 may apply if the technician has inspected the AC and diagnosed the problem, but the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended service or repair.

2. Service Charge

The final service charge may vary depending on the AC’s condition, inspection findings, and the overall scope of work required. Any variation should be communicated to the customer before additional work begins.

3. Seven-Day Service Warranty

Air Care provides a 7-day service warranty on work related to the service performed.
This warranty applies to issues related to the completed service work. Warranty coverage for consumables and replacement parts is subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.

4. Liability

Air Care will not be liable for pre-existing issues, defects, or potential risks identified and reported by the technician but left unresolved because the customer declined the recommended repair or corrective work.

5. Payment Policy

Payment is due after service completion. Customers can pay through available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
After completing the payment, please ensure that you receive the SMS containing your official payment receipt.
