Our service includes dismantling the existing air conditioner, relocating it to the new installation location, and reinstalling the unit. Our technicians inspect the AC and installation site to identify any additional requirements before proceeding.

What’s Included in AC Shifting?

• AC Dismantling: Careful dismantling of the existing indoor and outdoor units.
• AC Reinstallation: Installation of the AC at the new location, subject to site conditions and installation requirements.
• Initial Inspection: Assessment of the AC condition and installation requirements.

Applicable AC Capacity: Wall-mounted split ACs from 1.0 Ton to 2.5 Ton.

Price Includes

• AC dismantling and reinstallation service charge only.

Price Excludes

The following may incur additional charges:

• Components, materials, and spare parts, if required.
• Transportation, where applicable.
• Additional installation materials or accessories.

Additional Services (Extra Charges Apply)

• Nitrogen Leakage Test: A nitrogen pressure test may be required to identify the exact location of refrigerant leakage.
• AC Gas Refill: Additional charges apply if refrigerant gas refill is required.
• Outdoor Unit Rope Hanging: Charges may vary depending on the installation height, accessibility, safety requirements, and complexity of the work.
• AC Basic Cleaning or Hydro-Wash: Additional cleaning may be recommended depending on the AC’s condition and may be charged separately.

Any additional work and applicable charges should be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

Terms & Conditions

1. Diagnosis Charge
A diagnosis charge of up to BDT 300 may apply if the technician diagnoses the problem but the customer decides not to proceed with the service or recommended repair.

2. Service Charge
The final service charge may vary depending on the inspection findings, installation location, and overall scope of work. Any applicable price variation should be communicated before additional work begins.

3. Seven-Day Service Warranty
Air Care provides a 7-day service warranty on work related to the service performed. Warranty coverage for consumables and replacement parts is subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.

4. Liability
Air Care will not be liable for pre-existing issues, defects, or potential risks identified and reported by the technician but left unresolved because the customer declines the recommended repair.

5. Payment Policy
Payment is due after service completion. Customers can pay through available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable. After payment, please ensure that you receive the SMS containing your official payment receipt.
