Additional Work Scope

The following services may require additional charges, depending on the AC’s condition and the technician’s assessment:

• Nitrogen Gas Flushing: Tk. 3,000, if applicable.
• Additional copper pipe welding or brazing.
• Refrigerant pipe replacement or repair beyond the included scope.
• Replacement of damaged valves, joints, or other components.
• Additional refrigerant gas, if required beyond the included quantity.

Additional work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

 

Refrigerant Gas Types We Support

Air Care provides refrigerant gas services for compatible air conditioning systems using:

• R-410A Refrigerant Gas: Commonly used in many residential and commercial split AC systems.
• R-407C Refrigerant Gas: Used in selected air conditioning and refrigeration applications.

A minimum diagnosis charge of BDT 500 applies if the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended service after the service provider has completed the diagnosis.

2. Service Charge

The final service charge will be determined after inspection and may vary depending on the AC’s condition, leakage location, repair requirements, refrigerant type, and overall work scope.

3. Warranty

• Parts & Consumables: Warranty will be provided according to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
• 7-Day Service Warranty: Air Care provides a 7-day service warranty on the related work performed, subject to the applicable service warranty terms.

4. Liability

Air Care will not be liable for pre-existing issues or potential risks identified and reported by the technician but left unresolved because the customer declined the recommended repair.

5. Payment

Payment is due after service completion. Customers can pay online or through Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

After payment, please ensure that you receive the SMS containing your money receipt.
