Terms & Conditions

1. Diagnosis Charge
A diagnosis charge of up to BDT 300 may apply if the technician completes the diagnosis but the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended service or repair.

2. Service Charge
Any repair or additional service charges will depend on the inspection findings and overall scope of work. Applicable charges will be communicated before proceeding with additional work.

3. Liability
Air Care will not be liable for pre-existing issues, defects, or potential risks identified and reported by the technician but left unresolved because the customer declines the recommended repair.

4. Payment Policy
Payment is due after service completion. Customers can pay through available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable. After payment, please ensure you receive the SMS containing your official payment receipt.
